FFVA Mutual is a Florida-based regional insurance carrier specializing in workers’ compensation. The 63-year-old company has a strong history with their customers (agents) and is known for customer service and lasting relationships. In 2013, they were looking to rebrand and refocus on being a single line insurance carrier (a differentiator) and better communicate the benefits of working with a regional company vs. a national, multi-faceted one.
We started from scratch with a new logo, byline, tagline, and graphic standards, and built from there. Then came a new website, full stationery suite, collateral, annual reports, events and corporate HQ materials all based with custom photography. This might not sound revolutionary, but in an industry rife with stock photography, FFVA was willing to let us shoot their people – employees and customers – to give a personal touch to their branding and help us personify what they stand for.
